When you know that you’re going to get a reward for doing something right, you ensure you do it exactly right. That is referred to as incentive motivation.

Incentive motivation values, either not monetary or monetary, and many people are motivated by the idea that they will receive rewards when they achieve certain goals.

Bonuses and promotions are examples of incentive motivation used to motivate employees.

Companies all over the world provide their employees with rewards or bonuses for completing projects before the set deadline.

Fear Motivation

Fear as motivation involves consequences. It’s typically utilized or imposed on other people when rewards or rewards fail to motivate.

In the carrot and stick motivation theory, the carrot is the incentive, while fear is the stick.

What’s more, punishment and other negative consequences dictate a person who is motivated by fear.

It’s commonly utilized to push students to perform better in school and employees to do their tasks well.

Generally, this type of motivation is reflected when someone dedicates his life to other people and ignores his personal goals for them.

Compliments, cooperation, and food attitude are essential for this type of motivation.

It’s important to note that for any types of motivation to be successful, the environment in which the task is taking place requires to be free from things that don’t inspire motivation.
